With DIAL Monona you have immediate, safe access to your accounts. Monitor your account balances, determine if a check has cleared and more - anytime day or night! It's as simple as picking up the phone and dialing 1-800-646-5166.

To use DIAL Monona:

  1. Dial 1-800-646-5166
  2. Enter your account number (and note number if loan account information is requested), followed by the pound (#) sign.
  3. Enter your security code, followed by the pound (#) sign. (When you use Dial Monona for the first time, your security code is the last four digits of your social security number. If this is a joint account, use the last four digits of the social security number of the person listed first on your account.)

Checking Account Information:

  • Balance inquiry
  • Last ten checks and debits
  • Last ten deposits
  • Interest paid year-to-date
  • Specific check inquiry
