While the COVID-19 landscape continues to change, Monona Bank’s priority continues to be the health and safety of our associates, clients, and guests. In a continued effort to reduce the potential spread of illness in our communities, especially given the large amount of transactions in our lobbies, we have decided to keep the lobbies closed for routine transactions at all nine of our locations until further notice. Drive-up service continues to be available at all nine locations. We also offer full mobile, online and phone banking services for any of your routine banking needs.
If you require an in-person meeting, for things like: a loan or mortgage closing, opening an account, or you would like to speak to a Banking Advisor in person; please call your desired location to schedule an appointment. For the safety of all involved, we will sanitize all meeting spaces before and after meetings and have implemented new protocols for all visitors to our lobbies.
