Ted Gunderson

Senior Vice President, Business Banking

Ted has more than 25 years of experience in commercial financial services, and has been with Monona Bank since 2001. Ted has an expertise in commercial real estate lending and using the SBA 504 program. He is a small business owner and owns income property. He particularly enjoys volunteer endeavors, especially working with start-up enterprises, and feels that “it is truly satisfying to be able to help entrepreneurs make their plans become reality.” Ted is a member of the Monona Chamber of Commerce, served on the board of directors and was past treasurer of the Madison Area Community Land Trust and is the current president of the Monona TIP Club. He volunteers with and serves on the loan committee for the Wisconsin Women's Business Initiative Corporation (WWBIC).

Mark Kraemer

Laura Peterson

Laura joined Monona Bank in 1996 and has been working in the banking industry for more than 27 years. Her experience includes business banking, commercial real estate, small business lending and consumer banking. Robert Reichert

Rob has more than 30 years of community banking experience in the Dane County market as well as an extensive background in bank management including all areas of lending and credit management. Brett Roth

Vice President, Business Banking

Brett brings over 10 years of commercial banking experience to the table as he advocates and helps his commercial clients grow their businesses.  Having a focus in Commercial and Industrial lending, he recognizes that not all businesses are alike and takes time to learn about his clients and their cash flow cycles to create customized solutions to credit structure and deposit products.  Brett serves as co-Chair of the Emerging Leadership Board, a young professional’s organization that helps raise awareness and funds on behalf of the UW Carbone Cancer Center, and also serves as Chair of The First Tee of South Central Wisconsin’s annual golf outing.

Ryan Ackerman

Vice President, Business Banking

Ryan Ackerman, is certainly not new to either Monona Bank or our community. Ryan has worked with us for more than 13 years, most recently as a Credit Analyst. Ryan knows that his four years of experience reviewing business loan applications will allow him to work well with small business clients to ensure their loans are approved quickly. As a graduate of both LaFollette High School and Edgewood College, Ryan understands the local market as well as the issues facing small business owners in today's economy. Having recently completed Commercial Lending School through Wisconsin Bankers Association, Ryan has a firm grasp of the commercial lending climate.

Jordan Casto

Jordan has more than 11 years of banking experience which include loan servicing, credit analysis and business banking.
