True Mobile Deposit

Monona Bank’s True Mobile Deposit allows you to make deposits from anywhere, right from your eligible mobile device (smartphone or tablet).

Just take a picture of your check and deposit it using our True Mobile Deposit function in our mobile app. While we always enjoy seeing you in our lobbies, we’re excited that our new True Mobile Deposit can save you a trip to the bank.

Point. Click. Deposit. It's that easy.

Monona Bank’s True Mobile Deposit is easy!

  • Select an account. Pick the account you're depositing to and enter the check amount.
  • Take a photo of your check. Take a picture of both sides of your endorsed check with your mobile device's camera, following the on-screen instructions.
  • Verify your check. Check the info on the Approve Deposit screen and then click "Approve". We'll confirm that the check is being processed.

It’s convenient!

  • Gives you 24/7 access. You can deposit checks on your schedule, virtually anytime and anywhere. No need to worry about going to the bank during branch hours.
  • Save you time. True Mobile Deposit means you don't need to make a special trip to the bank. Skip the deposit slips, lines, and ATMs. Funds deposited by 6 pm (Central Standard Time) are generally available the next business day.

It's secure!

Your deposit is as secure as depositing checks at any of our “brick and mortar” locations. Check images are not saved on your device. Your account information, which you can only access with your MononaBank Online User ID and Password, stays secure.

Check retention guidelines.

After you complete your transaction, write “deposited” and the date of deposit on the face of the check. Retain the marked check for a minimum of 14 days after your deposit is made, and then destroy it. For more information regarding what to do with your checks after you deposit them, click here.
